Potluck, the new link-sharing service from the team behind social conversation Branch, has now arrived on the iPhone, where Branch CEO and co-founder Josh Miller believes it may be able to better serve its larger goal of bringing today's Internet "lurkers" out of the shadows. KeepSafe, which creates a private photo vault on people's phones, just raised $3.4 million in a round led by Floodgate. They've also grown to 13 million users and 6 million of those are active every month. The app creates a password-locked photo gallery on people's phones. Parse, the mobile service startup owned by Facebook, plans to host its first ever developer conference in San Francisco this fall. The startup, which Facebook bought back in April, is widely respected throughout the Silicon Valley engineering scene.
