Asiana Airlines Breaking News: Asiana Flight Crew Saw Trouble at 500 Feet,

by Wochit 1:03 mins

The head of the National Transportation Safety Board said the pilot in charge of landing the Asiana Airlines Boeing 777 that crashed in San Francisco tried to correct its course when he saw it was off center and too low as it approached the airport runway at an altitude of 500 feet, NTSB Federal accident investigators say two flight attendants working in the back of the Asiana Airlines jet that crash landed in San Francisco were ejected from the back of the plane after impact and survived. NTSB aviation investigators put more questions to the pilots of Asiana Airlines Flight 214, trying to learn what was happening in the cockpit of the Boeing 777 as the plane made a dangerously low and slow approach before a crash-landing that killed two passengers.
