Ed Lazear, Hoover Institution senior fellow, explains why the latest jobs numbers may not be a reliable indicator of the nation's economy.
John: Bring back the draft. I was draft age during the 60's and went for my physical after they drafted my brother. I had had knee surgeries so Uncle Sam didn't want me. My brother served in Nam and thankfully came home , a better man than I'll ever hope to be. Looking back over those 50+ years, it is my opinion that we have gone downhill since the draft was abolished. Young men learned a trade and to show respect in the service of our country, so young women should be drafted also.
