Former President George W. Bush is delivered remarks at a naturalization ceremony of 20 candidates for United States citizenship at his presidential library in Dallas, Texas. During an appearance on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday, Bush said it looks like an immigration overhaul has a chance to pass Congress and that it's important to fix "a broken system." Fox Business senior correspondent Charlie Gasparino said insider trading cases have been used politically to show we're cracking down on Wall Street, but they have nothing to do with the mortgage crisis, that started the call for a crackdown. A public-safety expert called by the defense says George Zimmerman's physical capabilities were inferior to those of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Former police officer Dennis Root was called as a witness by defense attorneys. Root testified that Martin was in better physical shape than Zimmerman, and that the neighborhood watch volunteer wasn't any athlete.
