The judge in the George Zimmerman trial agreed to instruct jurors to consider a lesser charge of manslaughter against Mr. Zimmerman. This is in addition to the second-degree murder charge he is facing. The charge of manslaughter carries a maximum penalty of 30 years. Closing arguments are expected to begin Thursday afternoon, and the jury could begin deliberations as early as Friday morning. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer's new reorg of the tech giant was finally announced this morning.
