Breaking News Headlines: Judge Rules Fed's Bernanke Should Testify in AIG Bailout Lawsuit

A judge ruled that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke should testify in the lawsuit by AIG's former chief Maurice 'Hank' Greenberg against the United States over the insurer's 2008 bailout. Judge Thomas Wheeler of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims said the Fed chairman was a "central figure" in the decision to bail out AIG. Born and bred Hoosier, Ryan Newman, made his boyhood dream a cool reality by winning the brickyard 400. Newman took the checkered flag to end a 49-race winless streak in front of his home state fans. The Federal Aviation Administration is advising all foreign airlines to use a GPS system instead of visual approaches when landing at San Francisco International Airport in the wake of the deadly Asiana Airlines crash. The FAA says pilots for Asiana and other foreign carriers have had more aborted landings than usual while trying to make visual approaches.
