The Bank of Japan is expected to keep monetary policy on hold, as its unprecedented easing and government stimulus gradually spread through the economy. The Financial Times reported Lloyds Banking Group Chief Executive Antonio Horta-Osorio told potential investors that he expects to see up to 70 percent of the bank's earnings returned to shareholders by 2015. Shareholders have not received a dividend from Lloyds since its ill-fated rescue of rival HBOS in 2008, when it was bailed out by Britain and ordered to halt payouts. Tycoon Henry Nguyen mopped floors, flipped burgers and even cleaned toilets over a 10-year campaign to convince McDonald's to let him bring Big Macs and Happy Meals to communist Vietnam. The Golden Arches will first appear in Ho Chi Minh City in early 2014 and later in the capital Hanoi, said Nguyen, who worked at McDonald's in the United States as a teenager and again this year at a Singapore outlet.
