Tribune 2:39 mins

Officials say that copper thieves have left hundreds of people without phone service and the repairs are costing a lot of money. Officials say that the crooks are climbing telephone poles and ripping out heavy wiring to make money from the copper. This has prevented many people from being able to dial 911 in case of emergency.
