The boardroom battle over Dell continues after the shareholder meeting adjourned without a vote on the $24.4 billion buyout offer from founder and CEO Michael Dell. Dell has delayed Thursday's vote on founder Michael Dell's plan to take the slumping computer maker private in a sign the board needs more time to rally support. The bidding-war over Dell has been extended. The company's shareholder-meeting in Texas was adjourned after just a few minutes and rescheduled to July 24, to allow time to accept additional votes.
