by Wochit 0:59 mins

Canada's two biggest railroads, Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd, and Canadian National Railway Co, are reviewing safety standards after the deadly train crash on July 6 that killed some 50 people and destroyed the center of a small Quebec town. Steam is rising from a destroyed building that houses a reactor at Japan's crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, the operator of the plant, Tokyo Electric Power Co, said.
