According to the official summary of their last meeting, Federal Reserve policy makers were edging closer to scaling back their huge stimulus efforts, despite new concerns that growth may prove disappointing in the second half. This may be surprising, but most Americans really don't like their cable companies. Research firm Temkin Group has just released a massive customer satisfaction survey of around 10,000 American consumers and has found that pay TV companies account for the six of the seven worst-rated companies in the United States. ZTE Corp, the world's No. 5 telecom equipment and smartphone maker, expects to post a third quarterly net profit for the July-September period. The result was thanks to cost-cutting measures and as the company shunned the low-margin contracts that led to it posting losses last year.
