TheStreet's Jim Cramer relays the tough news that JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon has throat cancer. Dimon told staff and shareholders Tuesday that his prognosis is excellent and that he will continue to be involved in the company during his treatment. Cramer explains that calling an executive's cancer "curable" is not a statement that can be made blithely and in the past, when other CEOs have been diagnosed with cancer but given good prognoses, such as Robert Benmosche from AIG and Warren Buffett at Berkshire Hathaway, those stocks went up not long after the announcements were made.
