A Spanish political party that triggered a high profile court investigation into the near collapse of bailed-out bank Bankia has asked for Christine Lagarde, the head of the International Monetary Fund, to testify as a witness. The Union for Progress and Democracy which last year persuaded the high court to open an investigation into the bank's listing and near demise, asked the judge leading the case to call Lagarde and another IMF official to be questioned. The iPhone 5 is the world's top-selling smartphone, according to Canaccord Genuity, but the Galaxy S4 has put pressure on Apple around the globe. T-Mobile already made headlines this year by moving to no-contract plans. And now, a new model could do the same for buying new phones. According to reports, the aggressive new phone-buying model called Jump, would let its no-contract customers upgrade to a new handset any time they want.
