As the court-martial winds down for Bradley Manning, the U.S. soldier accused of the largest leak of classified-information in the nation's history,military-prosecutors will try to portray him as arrogant-and-reckless, while the defense will seek to show he was well-meaning but naive. The State Department said The United States would be deeply disappointed if Russia were to allow fugitive former U.S. spy agency contractor Edward Snowden to leave Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport. Snowden, who is wanted by the United States for revealing details of U.S. government intelligence, arrived in Russia on June 23 from Hong Kong, where he had fled to escape capture and trial in the United States on espionage charges. Amanda Bynes is in for a tough road ahead dealing with what looks like a serious mental illness and a conservatorship, but she's not going to be charged with another crime. Prosecutors will not charge Amanda with trespass, arson or any other criminal offense in connection with the bizarre driveway fire she started.
