Markets Gain as Better U.S. Data Trumps China, Ukraine Concerns

Markets closed higher as better U.S. economic data saw markets swing to positive in afternoon trade after opening lower on poor Chinese manufacturing and heightened Ukraine tensions. Bank stocks were suffering after JPMorgan's lower trading result on Friday, with financials yet to take market leadership which traders say is needed if equities are to keep moving higher. Markets continue to lack direction, fluctuating in intraday trade daily. Jane Searle reports from the NYSE.
