Microsoft has had a hard time getting consumers to buy the Surface and it seems that other Windows-based tablets aren't doing much better. New research from Canalys shows that traditional PC vendors such as Samsung, HP and Lenovo have been increasingly turning to Android for tablets instead of Windows 8 or Windows RT. Microsoft is taking new steps in its effort to rid its online video game community of as many trolls as possible. Microsoft announced the beta launch of a new system ?Xbox Enforcement United,? which allows gamers to flag trolls as inappropriate and alert Microsoft?s Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team Microsoft plans to discount the price of its Surface Pro tablets by $100 through the end of August. The discounted price affects the 64 and 128 GB models of the software giant?s first in-house hardware product, cutting the cost to $700 and $800 out of the box, respectively.
