Mobile commerce is becoming increasingly important and companies are inventing tools to allow consumers to buy instantly, anywhere, via a single click.
DaveK: Basically, it goes like this: Eisenhower runs up the national debt. Kennedy and LBJ reduce it. Nixon and Ford run up the debt. Carter reduces the deficit. Reagan and Bush 41 run the USA more deeply into deficit spending than ever before. Clinton reduces the deficit, almost eliminating it before Bush 43 is elected. George W Bush not only borrows money to pay for two wars, a tax break and a Medicare expansion, he refuses to read his national security briefings and doesn't know about 9/11 or Katrina until it's too late. Obama becomes the fifth Democratic President to sharply reduce the deficit. Trump wants to use the Kansas Model of economic development by cutting taxes for everybody, especially the rich, and waiting for the economy to flood the Treasury with tax dollars. He wants to sharply increase military spending. And he doesn't read his national security briefings. Bottom line: the Republicans screw up our economy, and the Democrats attempt to fix it. The Republicans then blame the Democrats for not fixing it fast enough, and get themselves put back in. The question is now, how badly will Trump ruin the country? And what Democrat will turn up to try to save it, and us?
