Today there will be a run off for NYC public advocate that is costing tax payers about 13 million dollars for an office that only has a 2.3 million dollar budget, this election is likely to determine the occupant of one of the city`s top offices, because there is no Republican candidate. The two Democratic candidates in the runoff are Letitia James a city councilwoman from Brooklyn and Daniel L. Squadron a state senator who represents parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
