CNBC's Rick Santelli discusses the latest action in the bond market, and asks if a 2 percent yield on the U.S. 10-year is in the cards.
GaryH: The best thing that ever happened to the ancestors of black Americans, and thus their current lineage, is that they were captured and brought to America. Otherwise, they would now be somewhere in Africa most probably in deplorable conditions. It somehow never gets printed that their own people, other blacks, were the ones who captured them and sold them to slave traders ... or kept them as their own slaves. I venture to say not even one black American would now repatriate to Africa. If so, that would be the best use of any funds that may be used. Yes, we would be better off had we picked our own cotton, but the blacks would be much worse off. Reparations is a stupid idea!
