Republican Randy Richardville says the debate will have to wait until a group of senators studying the issue submit their proposal. Seventeen people were arrested in California after a protest against the acquittal of neighboorhood watchman George Zimmerman turned rowdy. Eight of those arrested were juveniles, and most of the arrests were made on charges of unlawful assembly House Republicans voted to delay core provisions of President Barack Obama's health care law, emboldened by the administration's concession that requiring companies to provide coverage for their workers next year may be too complicated.
