Jim: Seems like it would be a pretty stupid tactic to talk about any affairs of Hillary's husband, when Trump has directly had his own affairs while married to his first wife (and talks about women throwing themselves at him all the time). While Hillary has been able to stick by Bill through thick and thin, Trump showed that he doesn't seem to really have any ability to stick with the vows that he made and has been married 3 times. This type of tactic will play very badly with most women (that are not already Trump supporters) so it pretty much just has the probability of backfiring on him. Not very bright when he needs to expand his tent. It mostly points out to everyone that there is no level that Trump will refuse to sink to when his pride has been hurt.
