Wochit 0:50 mins

According to state media and the U.N., Syria has reached an agreement with the United Nations to allow a team of international experts to visit the site of alleged chemical weapons attacks last week outside Damascus. Charles Dolpher, the former U.S. chief weapons inspector in Iraq, says the eyes of the world will be on the investigation team. Jack Reed, a senior U.S. Democratic senator, said that any U.S. response to the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria must be part of an international action. "This has to be an international operation, it can't be a unilateral American approach", "It has to have support internationally, not just politically, but militarily" said Reed.
