The FBI arrested Sami Osmakac in January of 2012 after they say he met undercover agents to put a down payment on explosive belts and automatic weapons.
Christopher: The same argument against that court clerk applies in this case. You serve the laws of mankind. If you cannot do that, do not apply for court work. You can preach in church, or anywhere else, but you CANNOT, ever, violate the law. Unless you're running for President, I guess.. But, that is a whole other argument. The point is, both individuals had to agree to uphold and follow our laws, several times, before ultimately deciding that their religious views were more important. They put themselves in the position, and have no excuse.
