Wall Street dealmaking is crashing to the tune of $360 billion

Wall Street deal making is down this year. According to Bloomberg, $370 billion in M-and-A deals were canceled in the second quarter alone. But we do want to mention breaking news that Mondelez, the maker of Oreo cookies and Cadbury chocolates, has made a takeover bid for Hershey according to the Journal. This deal is for $21 billion.
