An Egyptian health ministry official says two protesters were killed in clashes between supporters and opponents of the country's ousted president in the coastal city of Alexandria. The Obama administration is expected to tell Congress it has yet to decide whether a military coup occurred in Egypt, a step requiring an aid cut-off, and does not plan to make a decision anytime soon.
