What to Watch Thursday: P&G and Mondelez Earnings, GDP Report

For Thursday July 30, TheStreet outlines the notable companies releasing their latest earnings results and key economic data to watch on Wall Street. On the earnings front, we get quarterly financial figures from Procter & Gamble (PG) Mondelez International (MDLZ), Anheuser-Busch (BUD), Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A), Colgate-Palmolive (CL), and Time Warner Cable (TWC) before the market opens. Then in the afternoon look to numbers from LinkedIn (LNKD), Expedia (EXPE) and FireEye (FEYE) after the market closes. TheStreet's Jim Cramer, Portfolio Manager of the Action Alerts PLUS Charitable Trust Portfolio, says he’s watching two reports in particular, P&G and Mondelez International. Procter & Gamble is scheduled report its fiscal fourth quarter results Thursday morning. P&G is expected to post a rise in earnings from a year ago but lower sales, dragged down by global currency volatility. On the economic calendar, we point out the GDP report, the weekly jobless claims, the EIA natural gas report, and the Fed balance sheet. TheStreet's Kurumi Fukushima reports in New York.
