New York Breaking News: Jurors Hear of Tourre's Goldman Paid Leave After SEC Lawsuit

Wochit 0:51 mins

Former Goldman Sachs trader Fabrice Tourre told the court that Goldman Sachs paid him a base salary of 480,000 pounds or $738,000 after he was put on leave following the filing of an SEC lawsuit in 2010. JPMorgan Chase & Co said it was considering a sale or a spin-off of its physical commodities business as regulators increase scrutiny of Wall Street's role in commodities. Stocks are getting off to a weak start on Wall Street after more weakness in technology companies. The early decline is putting the market on track for its first weekly loss this month.
