Saving Penney's may be a problem. JCP has shed 25% of its sales in the past year since ousted CEO Ron Johnson tried taking the company in a new direction. Johnson was removed by the company's board and replaced by his predecessor Myron Ullman. But how new of an approach can Ullman bring to the chain? He too had been removed amid slagging sales. Yahoo!
