Billionaire investor Carl Icahn is buying more shares of Apple. Should you follow him?

Apple shares are rebounding today and that has activist investor Carl Icahn saying to CNBC's Maria Bartiromo that he's buying more stock.

"I think Apple's a no-brainer," says Icahn. "It's extremely cheap and I'm looking at the numbers."
