Here are some thing going on today in your world of tech: As the Qualcomm turns The Qualcomm (QCOM) and Broadcom (AVGO) drama continues this morning, with CNBC’s David Faber reporting a short while ago that the companies are expected to meet this coming Tuesday, after Qualcomm’s chairman, Paul Jacobs last night sent a letter to Broadcom CEO Hock Tan with several questions, including demanding to know what Tan’s “real price” might be for an acquisition, versus the $82 Broadcom has proposed. This morning, Tan sent his own letter to Jacobs, urging a meeting “promptly.” Also today, Qualcomm issued a set of talking points, focusing on regulatory issues.
