Listening to Emily Leproust speak, the feeling is sometimes reminiscent of a gruff football coach rather than CEO of a fast-growing biotech. The company developed a method of printing genetic material on silicone at scale with applications across a range of industries, including drug development, genetically modified agriculture and even data storage. “We were able to rally everybody against the common mission, which is, we are there to help,” Leproust said.
