Indianapolis real estate developer and investor Duke Realty has big plans for Oakland’s shuttered Owens-Brockway glass recycling facility. Duke (NYSE: DRE) submitted a development permit application for the 28.8-acre property at 3600 Alameda Ave. on Nov. 8. The property, owned by Ohio-based Owens-Brockway Glass Container Inc., is currently home to a shuttered glass recycling facility.
