Paul Allen's will filed in King County

Late billionaire Paul Allen – co-founder of Microsoft, Seattle real estate developer, philanthropist and owner of the Seattle Seahawks – died Oct. 15 at the age of 65 due to complications from non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It was filed in King County Superior Court on Oct. 24 and made public Thursday, but reveals little about what will happen to Allen's estate and ventures. The loan appears to be related to the Allen Institute site at 601 Westlake Ave. in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, according to King County property records.
