Chuck Kuhn's JK Land Holdings seeks Loudoun approval for new data center project

Chuck Kuhn, an active land speculator and president of JK Moving Services, has plans to expand Loudoun’s data center market. The company's sister land acquisition firm, JK Land Holdings LLC, is seeking county approval for a new site plan to develop nearly 80 acres it owns in Loudoun County near Leesburginto three data centers and two warehouses on Cochran Mill Road, Kuhn said in an interview. “We were attracted to that location, and we think it’s suited perfect for data center development and warehouse development because of its location within Loudoun County,” Kuhn said.
