These Orlando health care projects are the biggest for 2023

For local hospital systems, many large projects are nearing their completion. At Orlando Health, the nonprofit system is nearing completion for its Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute next year, while it also is nearly done with a new hospital in Lake Mary and just topped off a 95-bed expansion at its Orlando Health South Lake Hospital in Clermont — both expected to open during 2024. Altamonte Springs-based AdventHealth also has been active with expansion, recently debuting some of the second phase of its Innovation Tower office building near downtown Orlando.
