Swap of food service providers at Wash U school could lead to 95 layoffs

A conference center that's part of Washington University's Olin Business School is switching food service providers, a move that could result in up to 95 layoffs. As of July 1, the school's Charles F. Knight Executive Education and Conference Center will switch from Aramark to the Compass Group's FLIK Hospitality Group. Aramark told the state it will layoff the 95 employees, though it's possible some will be rehired by the new service provider.
