Baker Barrios Architects — one of the largest architects by Central Florida billings — is growing. The Orlando-based firm plans to expand its downtown presence, first by selling its 20,000-square-foot office condo at The Plaza at 189 S. Orange Ave., Principal Tyler Kirby told Orlando Business Journal. Meanwhile, Baker Barrios Architects is considering a move into a 25,000-square-foot to 30,000-square-foot office in "T2 at Church St Station," a proposed tower downtown, if successful with the sale of its existing office, as previously reported by OBJ.
