Arrow Financial Corp. has hired Penko Ivanov as executive vice president, treasurer, chief accounting officer and chief financial officer. He will start in the job on Tuesday, Feb. 21. He will be based in the company’s Glens Falls headquarters and report to chief executive Tom Murphy.
