A new retail center has been proposed for Seminole County. Sanford-based Suncor Properties wants to built a 10,000-square-foot, one-story retail center on vacant land near the southeast corner of County Road 46A and Banana Lake Road near Lake Mary. An entity tied to Suncor owns the 1.58-acre property, which it bought for $225,000 in 2017, according to the Seminole County Property Appraiser.
