Lodi (City of) CA Electric Enterprise -- Moody's assigns A2 to Lodi (City of) CA Electric Enterprise refunding bonds, outlook stable

Moody's Investors Service has assigned an A2 rating to Lodi (City of) CA Electric Enterprise's $42.5 million of 2018 Electric System Revenue Refunding Bonds, which will refund the Certificates of Participation Bonds, Series 2008A, in full. In conjunction with assigning the rating to the refunding bonds, Moody's has affirmed the A2 rating on the Electric System Revenue Certificates of Participation Bonds, Series 2008A bonds, which will be refunded by the 2018 bonds. After the 2018 Electric System Revenue Refunding Bond issuance, the utility will have $42.5 million of debt outstanding.
