DLocal, the Week’s Only IPO, Makes Its Debut

Shares of (DLO) soared as much as 59% Thursday after the company completed an initial public offering that raised more than expected. The cross-border payments company collected $617.6 million after selling 29,411,765 shares at $21 each, above the range of $16 to $18 it had told investors to expect. Shares of dLocal (ticker: DLO) opened at $31, hit a high of $33.50, and closed at $32.39, up 54% from its offer price.
