Software provider ADP to shutter its Pleasanton office

The human resources software provider (NASDAQ: ADP) will close its 63,000-square-foot office at 4125 Hopyard Road in Pleasanton’s Britannia Business Center next spring, the company said in an email Aug. 3. ADP spokesman Allyce Hackmann said the company was continuing to “monitor its operations for optimization opportunities,” adding that its Pleasanton-based workforce would eventually shift to a new East Bay location. ADP has leased space at the Britannia Business Center since 1997, according to an investor brochure for the property.
