DuPont stock up 2% premarket after company beats on earnings and backs full-year guidance
DuPont de Nemours Inc. stock rose 2% in premarket trade Tuesday, after the chemicals giant beat third-quarter earnings estimates and reaffirmed its full-year guidance. The company posted net income of $367 million, or 73 cents a share, for the quarter, down from $391 million, or 75 cents a share, in the year-earlier period. Adjusted per-share earnings came to 82 cents to beat the 79 cent FactSet consensus. Sales rose to $3.317 billion from $3.199 billion a year ago, also ahead of the $3.215 bill
