Exclusive: Unicorn logistics company KeepTruckin wants Yelp's space

A San Francisco unicorn plans to double its physical presence in the city. KeepTruckin, which makes fleet management software for the trucking industry, will sublease about 51,000 square feet of Yelp’s space at 55 Hawthorne St. in SoMa, according to three sources familiar with the discussions. Review company Yelp (NYSE: YELP) is the master tenant for the 142,000-square-foot building until its lease expires in 2025.
