The long-running battle over Jordan Cove, the pipeline and liquefied natural gas terminal project proposed for Southern Oregon, appears to be over. Developer Pembina, in a filing with federal regulators on Wednesday, said it had “decided not to move forward with the project.” The declaration came in response to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission moves to reconsider its authorization of the project.
