A pair of Los Angeles-based investors have acquired the Key Bridge Marriott in Rosslyn, roughly two months after Host Hotels & Resorts announced plans to sell the nearly 60-year-old property by Lee Highway and Fort Myer Drive for $190 million. An affiliate of Oaktree Capital Management and Woodridge Capital Partners LLC completed the acquisition in a deal recorded Jan. 9, according to Arlington County property records. Host Hotels (HST) reportedly bought that ground lease from Marriott International Inc. (MAR) for $54 million in 2016.
