Parker says Amazon's about-face on its decision to build its second headquarters in New York City was "bad optics" for the company. Amazon's AMZN initial decision to build a second headquarters in New York City could have helped build small businesses , but its about-face reflects poorly on the company's image, former Facebook FB President Sean Parker said in a CNBC interview Tuesday.
