[$$] AirFrance-KLM appoints stopgap leadership following CEO’s exit

A three person management committee has been set up led by Frédéric Gagey, group chief financial officer who will now also serve as the group’s chief executive officer. The other two members of the committee, which will take decisions collectively, are Franck Terner, the CEO of Air France and Pieter Elbers, the CEO of KLM, who will both serve as deputy CEOs. Existing board member Anne-Marie Couderc will act as non-executive chairman.
