City council cites 'anti-LGBTQ behavior' to block Chick-fil-A from Texas airport

Chick-fil-A's checkered history with the LGBTQ community has created another no-fly zone. The Atlanta-based chicken chain was barred from being added to San Antonio International Airport following a vote last week by the city council. Chick-fil-A was initially included in the plans for seven-year concessions agreement with Paradies Lagardère for new restaurants and businesses in the A Terminal, but the San Antonio City Council voted to amend the plans to exclude the chicken restaurant with a 6-4 vote.
