Icahn to Xerox shareholders: 'Do not let Fuji steal this company from us'

As expected, Carl Icahn is not happy with Xerox Corp.’s recent deal announcement. The billionaire investor wanted the Norwalk, Connecticut-based copy maker to sever ties with Fujifilm Holdings Corp. completely. Instead, Xerox announced that it would merge with the joint venture company it created with its Japan-based partner more than 55 years ago.
